Hi everyone. Whatif Productions has been working on a game for the Navy for the last six months, and the release date is coming soon. Some screenshots (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/navytrainingexercisestrikeretrieve/screenindex.html?page=3) are available for the first time, if you're interested.

The game was developed with our technology Game Processor (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=125091). We're happy to finally be able to share some more material we've created with it. It's been a crazy six months, but we're really proud of what we've been able to accomplish in such a short schedule.

Looks cool remindes me of the side shooters is that the feel of this game but in 3D if so you might have something cool :)

Those screens are kickass! I didnt have time to read the PR but it looks like a submarine shooter type game? I love the variety of colors and the alphas and particles, beautiful stuff, it looks really fun!

Awesome, this looks like a throwback to SubWar 2050 by Microprose. :) It's interesting how different an approach the Navy is taking to the development of their videogame, compared to the Army and Marine Corps, with their America's Army, Full Spectrum Warror, and First to Fight. I'd hit this. :p

Those look pretty neat. Saw a couple of those and a few others, my buddy Jay Zak works with you over there. Tell Jay the Juno's say hi.

Glad to hear the feedback!

Desp#2/Rog... it is a bit of a shooter, but you also need to be careful with fuel consumption, choice of weapons, and how you use them. Strategy definitely plays a part in whether you succeed or fail the mission.

LoTekK... yes, definitely a different approach. Not really like SubWar 2050. This is a smaller tighter experience, meant to teach some things about the Navy, but in a more evocative way.
