hi,

i was wondering if there are any plugins/melscript to simulate
spray painting to an object.

It what matter? Are you wanting the rendered version to look like spray paint? If you are actually wanting to "spray paint" to create geometry I think ZBrush can sort of do that. Other wise just paint the texture in photoshop with the airbrush. Maybe give some more info on what you are trying to do.

you can also use the paint texture tool in maya
it works just like an artisan tool
