SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
£40 - £60k Basic, Car, Bonus + excellent Benefits
Reporting in to the Senior Development Director, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of a large development team, ensuring world class games are delivered on time, on budget. You will possess a minimum of 5 years successful project and people management experience in any media related industry and be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality results.
Key Requirements
We require real leaders with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams; and in addition have: excellent communication and presentation skills; production leadership; problem solving ability; strong sense of ownership and accountability; project management experience; passion for the highest quality; 'strong can......and will do' attitude.
