View Full Version : Changing Multiple Animation Tangents

Just so we're clear:

In track view, when you right-click on a keyframe to change it's in/out tangency, you can also select multiple keys on the SAME TRACK (for example, all the Xposition keys) and change them simultaneously.

So here's the question:

Okay, knowing this process, does anyone know a way to select and change all the tangents of multiple keys on the SAME FRAME?
For example, selecting all the parts of a character, selecting all the frame 0 keys and changing all their tangents to linear?

I've been using max a long time and am somewhat surprised this hasn't been implemented... perhaps somebody knows of a script?

any help would be appreciated.

MAX 5's Curve Editor allows you to do this, but in the past you had to rely on scripts like Key Manager http://www.comet-cartoons.com/toons/maxscript.cfm

I was referring to max5's curve editor, actually... but as far as I can tell, it doesn't work that way.

Is there something I'm doing wrong and/or NOT doing?
