I rigged one side of my character and have set up set driven keys for some joints. I am wondering how you guys would go about transfering all of this data over to the other side? Thanks for any help :).

If you mean that you setup sdks from 1 joint to another joint then I am not sure what you can do. If you have a control curve that moves joints such as finger rotations then you can use the below script:
