View Full Version : Adjusting Dark Shadow Value possible?
daxcastro 07-08-2005, 03:08 PM I have a model I am trying to light correctly. It is a house. The overhang of the eaves make really harsh dark shadows under them. I know as far as life goes it is probably true to the lighting conditions, but is there a way to adjust the black level in the shadow?
For illustrative purposes, I would really like the shadows to just be lighter.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

what about using the shadow density under the SHADOW settings of the light?
or you could always change the default black color of the shadow to a lighter grey.
this is in v8.5 and later - i am pretty sure it is the same in v8 the same as well...
