I have this weird brushes which i cant seems to remove even when i deleted the corel directory and reinstall.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v119/delun/test.jpg

As you can see there is 2 acrylics brushes and a ac brush.
What i did that cause this is the capture brush catagory feature.
It start creating another acrylics catagory with a blank icon and later i try again and named it ac. But whenever i clicked on the acrylics with the original icon, it direct me to the one without the icon.

I checked out the painter brushes folder and i cant find the AC folder nor the other acrylics clone.

Can anyone help me in this, im trying to remove it.

anyone knows?

It kinda annoys me as i cant save any custom brush as they do not appear in the acrylics folder in the corel painter directory if the base brush is of the acrylics catagory.

I uninstalled more then 6 times and tried installing them in different hard disk and they are still there.

Please help

Hi,

For future reference, read the following:

Painter IX Help > Help Topics > Contents tab > A Workspace Tour

On the right panel, click Brush Libraries.

On the next page, scroll down to the section named "Restoring the default Corel Painter settings".

That will explain where user preferences and other modifications are stored, and why.
