There is no doubt about it my friend that is one big old pumpkin. Its very nice indeed, though i do feel the scene is missing something, not sure what?
What might be good is now to do another scene this time on a kitchen table with a big old carving knife by the side of it. With a nice halloween face on the front of it. Beside it also you might want to put a glass bowl with all the pumpkin inners inside it. Ok ive gone off on one now but you get the idea. Really nice image though.:buttrock:

Urm... think it's needing a stronger shadow coz it still looks abit like it's floating and issit just me or the ground seems blurry? ;)
wolfy, maybe it's missing a face? LoL!
Cheers!
What do you think it's missing? the knife is a good idea, It would have added a "dramatic" issue for that pumpkin ;-)
For the "floating effet", my displacement map may ahve lowered a bit the floor level, I may check it, you're right...
I think the floor is blurry because of the JPG compression, since it's a fully procedural material.
thanks for your comments
