the overall timing does have merit but i do think the officer would be stiffer for the way he delivers his speech.. and you go to simply from a to b on your breakdowns.. maybe more interesting passing positions between the extremes might help.. other than that, nice models.. good for video games i imagine..

agree with the models and textures but think you need to get a lot more emphasis from your key poses. It seems to have a little stiffness to it, like it was motion captured. I'd try to really push the movements, have fun with it.

The models are awesome, and the choice of sound is a good one. I only have two suggestions.
First, I think that the facial animation could be exaggerated a bit. I think his mouth could open and close more, and the expressions themselves could be given more emphasis.
The second thing I noticed is something I see in a lot of short lip sync pieces, which can best be described as unnecessary/unwarranted gesturing. The motions for 'steers and queers' and 'private cowboy' seem kind of superfluous to me, but that may be personal preference. In the movie, R. Lee Ermy (sp?) was very rigid, with his wrists seemingly welded to his hips for most of that sequence. All of his ebergy was directed at screaming, rather than with gesturing.
Anyway, looking great so far. The modeling and texturing is awesome and the animation is a solid start.

Tweeked my animations to give the srgt more stiffness. Does it feel like Im still going the A to B route? Im really trying to stay away from that, like messing with the hat and titling the head when saying steer queer.
And here is what the clip looked like before.
I want to know if Im going the right direction ?
