This is a 1-hour painting in Painter. Comments/critiques welcome. That's supposed to be a sheet she's lying on, not liquid of any kind.

Yeah, I agree...the neck is a lil too long....it's a nice abstract piece though....with the sheet and all. At first I thought she was on a flower or something, so there is SOME degree of abstraction with the sheet...Nice work. :)

There's definately some anatomy issues going on here. Her neck is too long and scrawny, she doesn't appear to have a chin, I think her waist maybe too short, and she doesn't have enough space where the top of her chest/shoulders should be. Also, the background is so different in style from the figure that it clashes and makes the figure look flat.
Not bad for an hour with no reference, though.:wip:
