Here's my final model of a Technics SL-1200mk2 turntable I created for a Multimedia design major project.

The model was made completely in Lightwave then I created two short advertisements to go along with it. The label you can see on the vinyl is part of the project.

I reckon I could've done a better job of it if I had been given more time..... :)

looks really nice....very much like the real thing...the only thing that doesnt look quite right is the top edge of the turntable (inbetween the black with dots and the actual record) . great work!

i agree with PureFire..........also the light is a bit too high

The platter looks like it is too thick. The lamp is too long as well...mostly likely because of the high platter. The spindle in the center looks like it should have a larger radius. Looks pretty good... Good Job.
