View Full Version : Does using a Quadro Card make any difference in C4D?
mlmiller1983 07-06-2005, 04:07 AM Does Cinema 4D take advantage of a Quadro FX card or will a gaming card do just fine. Also does it matter if the card is 128MB or 256MB. Thanks in advance.

With quadro it should crash less often and more memory will be cool if you have high res textures. But Cinema works fine on gaming cards.

Hi mlmiller1983, a normal Geforce works more or less the same in Cinema. You can find a lot of thread like this.

There are no big differences between a 128 MB and a 256 MB. More video memory can help a little when working with a lot large texture.
