View Full Version : Baking Projection Maps
Jeffparadox 07-05-2005, 05:08 PM Hi, is there a way to bake my 'Planar Projection' texture onto the face it is projected on? I have a mechanical model that has a few faces with planar projections. I need to duplicate this model a few times, I and don't want to duplicate the shading networks as well...

Just wanna bump this cos I have a similar question:
i have a cube, scaled to resemble a flat screen which i have shattered. I am prjecting a texture over all the shards and I cant figure out how to bake the prjection onto each shard so when they break up the piece of texture is locked onto the shard...
This make sense??!

in the hypershade:
edit -> convert to file texture
