CGTalk - Tool Pipe presets

I'm trying to streamline my workflow in Modo by saving toolpipe presets so I just have to hit one hotkey to activate a tool and not have to bother about falloffs and action centers all the time but I can't get Modo to recall all the settings.

For instance, when a screen falloff has been activated and I load my move preset that has no falloff at all, the falloff stays active and I still have to deactivate it manualy before I can use the tool.

Or when I activate Element Axis and then load my preset that has an Automatic Action center I get 2 active action centers. The one that's active and the one from the preset ???

In fact I hardly ever get back what I saved.

Can someone enlighten me ?

Have you thought about using macros with your custom tools? Maybe you could set it up so that you clear any falloffs and set your action center to automatic prior to running your tool and then store that in the config.
