I just downloaded and installed this plugin, and I can't figure out how to get it to work. The plugin manager shows that it is being recongnized, but i don't know where or how to use it. the help files aren't too high on explaining this part.

could one of YOU help me?

It allows you to use HDRI images just as you would any other image format. To render a HDRI, just open the render output file dialog and select Radience Image as the output type. Same sort of thing when assigning maps/backgrounds etc etc.
