Big Machine Design is a renowned motion graphics and broadcast design studio based in Hollywood, CA. We work with all of the major networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, MTV, TLC, SoapNet, USA, Comedy Central and many others on main titles, visual effects, promos and film opening title sequences.

We are looking for a full time office manager / production assistant to be responsible for:

-Answering phones and taking messages
-Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar
-Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-Coordinating Fed Ex and messenger runs
-Coordinating reel requests for clients and reps
-Keeping track of media in / out
-Laying out storyboards and making tape labels
-Press kit assembly
-Assistance with basic accounting
-Maintaining a clean and well stocked refrigerator

Office manager / production assistant should have:

-Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
-Experience in all MS Office software and basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills
-Experience working in a creative environment
-The ability to be detailed-oriented, self motivated and to work independently
-The ability to anticipate needs and to solve problems
