I must admit ive been coming to CGtalk for a loonngg time now and i didnt realise this part of the talk was here :)

Anyway im using Max R3 and i have a human mesh. I dont have Character studio unfortunatly.

Does anyone know any really good tutorials that would teach me how to rig and set up the mesh for animation purposes. Im talking about a tutorial that explains everything :)

Also are there places on the net that would let me download rigged up characters so i can see how its done ?

I actually have a r3 rigging tutorial available. CAUTION: It's fairly advanced, so step carefully through it if unfamiliar with stuff as expression controllers and math. You can gobble it up at http://www.maxtd.com
