I would think you're going to need to a) read up, practice, and model this yourself, or b) hire someone with the skills you need, or find a model for sale at like a turbo squid or something like that. Modeling a GOOD hi poly head can be time consuming, I doubt anyone will do it free. Good luck with your game, let us know how you make out.:)
