View Full Version : WAY OT: Magnetic Resistence Program?
Yes this is very off topic, unless it can be done in C4D. I was just mulling around an idea i had using magnets and was thinking i could probably test it out using some 3d program.
Does anyone know of a program that can simulate magnetic attraction/repulsion and friction?
I'll post this in general discussion also and continue my search.

With the Dynamics Module you have Newton force fields. The first force field is unlimited and causes the spheres to attract one other. The second force field, which is placed radially around each sphere, causes the spheres to strongly repel one another within a defined radius only. Wouldnt that be what you are looking for?

Depends on how accurate you want. This can be done in C4D. There are different ways to fake it. Using TP would be a good start.
Hope this helps
