View Full Version : setProject on a renderfarm?

hi,

does anyone know how to tell a renderfarm which project to set to?
you can't sw-render disk-cached particles on a renderfarm, unless you can set the project right, correct?
i tried a preRender-mel-script with a one-liner workspace -o "x:/blabla/testfolder"
but to no avail.

any pointers, please?
i'm getting desperate...

Do you mean you want to set the project via the render command? If so...


render -r sw -proj x:\maya\projects\myProject -s 10 -e 20 scenes\myScene.mb


Type 'render -help' and 'render -r sw -help' for a full list of command line options.
