Alright, this may sound like a weird question, but here's what I want to do. I want to model a world recreation of a Money painting for an installation, but I want it to look like the world, with the brush strokes and everything. I'm not sure if this means animated textures, or?
Any suggestions on how to model stuff so it's all not soft bodies but fluid? I want the brush strokes to move but not the model, for the most part.
