ummm, what is the easiest way and best result to make baggy pants with like wrinkles in it, anyone help I would really appreciate it.

I t depends what you're going for. If the wrinkles aren't going to move you could just model them in the pants using EditMesh or Editpoly. If you want realistic then you'll have to use a cloth sim like simCloth or Digimation's Stitch. My advice would be to steer clear of cloth simulation, it's a real pain in the ass. Unless you want to spend a few hours/days playing with parameters to get the right look and waiting for previews to calculate. Good Luck either way.

I tried this not too long ago and got some decent results.

Cylinder primitive with some height segments.
Noise along X and Y.
Collapse.
(maybe Optimize, maybe not)
Get busy with verts and what-not.

not the greatest,
but the noisy cylinder gave me a solid base to work from
