Hi guys, I posted something similar to the General Discussion thread but got very little response. As a MAX user I thought I'd see what the home team thinks.
I am currently a graduate student in history at Nortwestern University who has been in discussions with the faculty here to host a conference on technology in the humanities. I am looking for some really impressive examples of historically accurate reconstructions to cite as examples and possibly artists or scholars to serve as guest speakers. If any of you or someone you know has been invovled with such a project or you know of some good links, please reply. Feel free to contact me personally as well at KUSoultrain@hotmail.com. I'm looking for really technically impressive material, but first preference will be given to accurate projects done in conjunction with scholars.
Thanks for reading!
