ok , here is the problem im having, im tracking this footage i have, and everything looks ok in pf track, i export the camera to max and when i hit play my marks dont match the footage. is very weird , because im working with PAL, so i go to the time configuration dialog and set it up to PAL and it just goes crazy (i checked aswell that is playing on real time). The marks go everywhere. But then i change the parameters to NTSC and it almost works (obviously it doesent work at the end fo the sequence and there is a noticieable sliding when i render the sequence) How can this be?? tha it seems to match with NTSC and not at ll with pal..definitely is something im doing wrong in max, because as i said it works pretty well inside pftrack... any ideas?

Ive experienced problems tracking from boujou...for some reason the maxscript which is exported offsets the animation by one key. So I select all the points and camera and all their keys and shifting them back 1 frame. This might be your problem. If not, just make sure that your focal length and aperature match that of the camera within pftrack (it should all come in with the maxscript script though). Sorry I cant help any further

hi man, thanks for the replay, ive tryed what you suggested but unfortunatly is not what is happening, when im in frame 0 (either on PAL or NTSC) everything is aligned. When i use NTSC and play the secuence , all the features remain aligned to the footage almos until frame 50 and the for obvious reasons they start to slide. But with PAL, they just remain align until frame 3  they start dancing all over the place and i just dont get it . My focal length is the same as in pf track so i dont get it... Crap , im pulling my hair with this one..

Sounds odd. When you imported the seq into pftrack, did you set it as PAL? It really should match up. If you did set it up as PAL in pftrack, then maybe just give it all another try, cant do any harm. If it still doesnt work, maybe send an email to Pixelfarm or post on their webboard: http://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/Forum/default.aspx
