Oh..... where to start, where to start... just kidding. :) Good animation. It almost looks like you tracked a real camera move by the motion.

IMHO...

1. Everything looks too pastel, seems too candyland.... Unless it isssss....
2. Car colors are too primary and all are too saturated (think preschool, red, blue, yellow, green).
3. I see at least 9 of the same kind of car. Ok, maybe they are cabs, but you should throw in a few models and some varied colors such as black or white instead of picking bright colors.
4. Not enough texture detail (you got this one yourself).
5. Too bright for so little shadow.
6. No noise or grain, maybe Divx ate it?
7. Not enough antialiasing.
8. Windows look too bright, but that might be helped the the lighting change suggested in #5
9. Did two people just walk through a car just below?
10. Not enough people around for the number of cars on the streets.
11. No traffic lights, wires, signs, etc.
12. Is the bottom building stone? If so, it seems mighty reflective for stone.
13. People all identical?

Check out the SpiderMan movies. Should let you see shots of a busy city from above. Anyhow I think that's enough for now. Just my thoughts on what I'd try in order to achieve higher realism. Like I said, most of the animation looks good. Keep us updated!
