It seems like the 2.0 3.0 and the 4.0 have the big updates and the .5 have bug fixes

If I could have just one thing just one it would be...to be able to use AE plug in's

Digital Fusion
Final cut pro
Premiere Pro
Combustion

to name a few all use or can use AE plug in's

Shake need's this.

Bah its late its wishful thinking

It's a little early to be talking about Shake 5, when Shake 4 hasn't even come out yet...

You're just pissed off because you can't use one AE plugin....

Oh, and none of the Foundry guys went along to the thing I was at - I suggest you e-mail them yourself about whether you can do T_Etch in Tinder 2...

Shake need's this.No one cares.

If you want these effects, go use one of the products you already named. Motion is another that will use AE plugs and you can import AE timelines/projects into shake.

Nice, motion

motion 2 looks cool but there is not a demo...and I don't have $300

Indeed, you can load your material into Motion, apply the AE filters you need, save the project and open it into shake without even rendering it.

That way you can hold both apps open and tweak the filter in motion with instant update in shake (each time you save the motion project).

That, of course, when you get those 300$. But, how did you manage to afford the 3000$ for Shake? just kidding.
