I'll toss my hat into this one.. should be fun. I'm pondering a cartoony platformer type affair. We shall see what the sketchbook says about that though.

My scanner is being wonky, so I suppose sketches will have to wait. Here is the first rough model from the sketch.

I really wasn't very happy with where this was going, so I wandered a bit.

I'm shooting for a cartoony platformer type game. I picture these guys floating around in various locations and containing assorted powerups and such.

Given the rapidly approaching deadline and an already packed weekend, I'm going to start laying textures down as soon as I get some sleep.

Feedback, C&C or straight out insults are most welcome.

Looks like a good start, but will you have enough time to slap a texture on there?


The proppellor might be a bit thick, but this might just work for a cartoony type game.

Its funny how long a side project with a missed deadline can be dragged out. I tweaked the geometry a bit, and laid the UV's no less than three times before I was happy. Here's what I came up with.

This was a really fun project for me, despite missing the deadline by a bit. I'll be looking forward to the next one.
