great design and beautiful model, but i don't think he'll be able to fly with those wings (if the are indeed wings). planning on texturing it?

Well it's not my concept. I found it in a 2D Gallery.

I will texture it, rig it (it will be sort of an excercise for me) and make an enviroenment.
