Does it have anyway to do this?

It's a little unclear as to what you need, sir!
Do you want something to be invisible on the render? Can't you just hide it? Or set it's Properties to turn off rendering, casting shadows, etc?
Please elaborate!

One cheap way to do this is to use a Mental Ray shader by Lume; use a blend map on the object to turn invisible with the standard material in the first slot and a simple 0-opacity material in the second. Then use a wet shader as a difference map.
For the 'invisible area', use a stain shader (and make the object itself 0-opacity and non-shadow casting/recieving) which 'stains' the render-line that goes through it and will turn any wet-shader that's inside to white.
