Try this one, its the most complex one out there. But it seems to do lots of really neat stuff. I haven't gotten what I want out of it yet, But it's because Im terrrible at shading.
i think he is searching for 4.5 one
i dont know if there is a plugin for 4.5 yet
but u can use the ramp shader try this

Hi there:
cellShader, wireData, vertexData & paletteTexture Plug-Ins
will be available next week for Maya 4.5 @ Highend 3D.
