Hi guys,

I want to start a division totally involved in preproduction for cgfilmmaking. Can any body tell me what is the exact preproduction pipeline required ... like scripting or storyboarding or concept skecthing, to handle any kind of international project?

Is there any special tools or workflow to make it more efficient division?
