You still need a board that supports a framebuffer, there is no inexpensive option yet to truly get NTSC or PAL resolution quality. not until maybe the folks at http://www.bluefish444.com release there framebuffer boards.

thanks a lot for yours response.

is it possible to work with a network with a proxy and having the framebuffer onDPS active if i work on a different station?

Currently there is no option for a Proxy framebuffer from another machine, that would be cool but impossible at this time.

You need another DPS reality or other card pinnacle, matrox etc.

Discreet's Combustion 2 now supports the Toaster

Well, this isn't something I counted on, but what the heck.

Yes, Discreet's Combustion 2 now also supports the Toaster. Who'd a thought?

And I didn't have to write a line of additional code... Pays to do it right once, eh?

Go to TosterSupport, and download FakeT3K_100.zip and save to your hard disk.
Extract the DLL "pinnacleFramebuf.dll" to your Combustion 2 directory.

Run Combustion, and click Preferences->Framebuffer, and select "Targa 3000" as your
Frame Buffer Type. You can select both checkboxes below for additional functionality.

Your good to go.

Man it's a wacky world....
