Motion Builder Camera Name Larger?

Output where? On screen in the 3D view or in a Render?

Not that it matters but what version of MB? I am pretty confident that, since MB uses system fonts, that you cannot change the readable text in the camera view.

Output on the render...but I've cheated it by writing a Python script that generates a transparent image file that contains the appropriate text and can be used as a camera's texture projection.

Kinda silly that you can't upsize the font in Motion Builder though! (It's version 6...)
