Nice start ! From ya name i would think you are using MAX, right ? So i wonder, if you are going to animated that alien. Are you going to flex or morph his fuzzy hair - could be funny !

yes, i want to animate him. I will try to add facial movements by using moph targets. First i'm gonna finish the head. I'm still not glad with the hair (or whatever it is :) )
