I am looking for a cheap Geforce4 but there are so many manufactures and I can remember favorable reviews of many of them. Since most of the boards are practically the same I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that has reviews of the same boards but from different manufactures? I think I remember seeing some reviews like this but can't seem to find any right now.

Thanks,

Zukum

Just used the following review to assist me in my last purchase.

Zukum,

Please feel free to check the "where do you get your info" thread, which goes into about 20 reasons why tomshardware is a fraud site, which does nothing but falsify information in its articles, and basically just give bad recommendations.

The manufacturers I usually buy from are leadtek (primary) and gainward (secondary). The gainward DVI-I, TV-out, HD15 Ti 4200's come with a dongle so you can dual hd15, the leadtek doesn't.

A great budget Geforce 4 solution is Abit's new(ish) ti4200. More info here (http://www.abit.com.tw/abitweb/webjsp/english/pt_main_back.jsp?pPRODUCT_TYPE=Video+Card&pMODEL_NAME=Siluro+GF4+Ti4200+OTES). It's got a lot more legs than an average ti4200 because of it's unique cooler.
