Calling all talented Feature Film experienced Animator/Modellers. If you are experienced with facial animation/modelling we would like to hear from you. My client are currently going through a very successful transition from the games industry to film - they are presently pitching for new business within the film industry and are on the look out for talented artists to join their team when projects are signed (which is imminent)

Requiring imagination, motivation, and a natural flair for producing detailed characters and animation.

Required skills: 3D character modelling and animation in Maya, 3dsMAX, and Lightwave (optional).

Experience of high-resolution polygon modelling and animation using joints/bones, blendshapes/morphs, clusters etc ....

Experience of producing film quality models/animation essential (game quality modelling/animation as an absolute minimum). Specialising in human particularly facial animation.

Experience of working in a production environment and delivering to deadlines is a necessity.

A good understanding (experience) of animation rendering would be a bonus.

Candidates should have a desire to produce emotional and wide-ranging (stylised to photo-realistic) facial animation and a willingness to accept new technologies designed to aid the animation process.

Location: UK (some travel to the studios 2nd office in LA may be required)
Salary: £negotiable doe
Job type: full time and inhouse (unfortunately this role is NOT suitable for freelancers/outsourcers)
