I just started with this sketch, I want to get some approval and commentary before I continue thank you.

well... for a crusader he sure isn't very imposing! My first thought is that he should be far more massive to look at - he is almost skimpy and 'elfish' as he is now.
This is ofcourse just my opinion - but my perception of a space age crusader is something more Warhammer-like (cliché i know) but at least more heavy to look at - more armour plating, heavy helmet and so on. Perhaps a banner will add some liveliness to it all.

just my suggestions, otherwise nice work. -keep it up:)
