Hiya,
I'm using the ConnectPolyShape (CPS) Script to model a head.
(not sure if the CPS script is at fault of the following problem, but i thought I'd throw it in just in case)
My problem is after hours of modeling without any problems I am now at a point where if I use the split poly tool on any face of the control lattice (cpsBase), some of the resulting faces of the smoothed version (cpsProxy) look "off". When i look at the smoothed version's normals, the "off" faces have reversed normals. I tried tried re-reversing them, put it didn't solve things. I can't figure out why this started happening all of a sudden or how I fix it to "split in the right direction" again.
Here's a printscreen of the problem:

The blue airbrush are the splits I added, with the problem areas being circled it red.
If anyone has a solution or an idea to try, it would be greatly appreciated.
