wanna know why no one commented it yet? :\ it's because u're using that rapid share thing, and it just takes too much time to get your file. ppl in cgtalk are really really lazy, so u should do something about it. another host phearhaps?
cheers

I like this piece. Great overlap going on. On the initial fall, you might be able to delay the shoulders going down just a little longer, to really define that overlap against the hips. I'm also thinking that, since you're using a snappy style, you might transition a few frames faster between the straight (and sometimes reverse-C) and the "C" shape in the arms. Really fun to watch.

Nice work! When he falls into frame, if he dropped way lower, it'd still read and he'd have more impact.

i see u followed my suggestion :) and the comments start pouring in :D
it's really nice animation. I think it lacks a bit of weight, but i dunno if this is how he was supposed to be...well he seems like a pretty light characters so i guess it's ok :)

looks a lot like an animation i've seen before where a superhero falls into frame and hits pretty much the same poses you're doing here, just better. i'd say in the future try to be a bit more original.

Thanks for comments and critics :)
To Capel: Yes You are right.. I saw this kind animation on net somewhere.. but I forget where. And I'd like to achive the same kind of look of my animation.
Animation is too short, indeed. It is my practice animation.. From about 2 month I'm learnig Maya and character animation. Currently I'm working on next animation and trying to intensify my knowledge about rigging process.
