Well, the drawing itself has some issues. You said its "off of a drawing at eatpoo", so does that mean it's line art you took from eatpoo or just inspired by another drawing you saw at eatpoo? Either way, the anatomy needs some work, even for a caricature. I can tell by the face that it's supposed to be female, but the body is very masculine. She's very, very muscular and she has no hips. Also, her shoulders are very broad. The legs are also a little weird, because they are unfinished.
As far as the coloring, it's not a bad start. First off, define where your light source is coming from, then you will know where to put highlights and shadows. Also, different texture will reflect light differently. The glove on her left hand is supposed to be metal, right? The light reflected by the glove would probably be brighter, than the light reflected by her clothing.
Not a bad first coloring effort, though. Keep at it!:wip: :D
