View Full Version : [need help FAST] How to reset Cinema?

Somehow the axis of all objects has dissapeared (the red green blue one with handles.... you know what i mean) is there any way to get it back or completely reset cinema to it's fabric settings?

Did you check DisplayMenu: Display: Filter: Axis

You may have inadvertently used keyboard combo to turn it off.

ALT+D turns axis arrows on and off.

In EXTREME cases just remove the prefs folder from the CINEMA 4D installation folder.

Not to hijack, but I have a very similar question. I just got the good Mac at work, which had been used by someone else up till now. My Axis shows up, but it is very small, and black instead of the oh so pretty blue/green/red. How would i go about getting it back to default? I've gotten everything else too o problem.

alt + v then go inside the right tab and restore the size. Odd thing about the colour, dunno what he did.

Thanks! That did it, the black was from the opacity being way down. Now it's proper size and the wonderful colors are back! Nifty shortcut too.
