Ok, I modeled this a while ago and always felt something didn't look right. I feel the nose is weird along with the mouth. Any suggestions on how I can improve it. Also, the length of the head just seems too wide to me, but I don't know. The width of the face also cones towards the bottom too much maybe.

Something also seems fishy to me about the eye brow ridges.

Help me out guys!

Hey, the head looks good but I think you should narrow the bridge on her nose a bit though.

I'm having trouble creating faces in 3d as well, but I guess the devil is in the detail and in the tweak.
Are you working off references, as they would give you a hand in helping visualise all the details that make up a face as well a proportions. I think something like this image (http://files.cami.com/dnload/Oslo%20Philharmonic%20Orchestra/Denyce%20Graves%20B&W%20Head%20Shot%20%28J.%20Henry%20Fair%29.jpg) will help.

Hope this was helpful.

I agree with hesh about the nose, it could use some narrowing. I would also make the ridge of the eyebrows a little more pornounced, more angular, less smoothed. Not too pronounced though, or else your model will end up looking like a caveman!

God work so far though!

Something that hasn't been mentioned previously is that the bottom edges of your eyes need more reference. Maybe you should do the texturing and modeling simultaneously. I personally NEED a texture on a mesh to know if it "works" or not. It took me 40 seconds to figure out anything bad about your mesh, and that's a good thing.

Oh, and your lips, especially on the top lip on the side view, that clearly needs to be reproportioned.

I think maybe his nose, eye brow and nostrils are to high or angled upwards.
Makes him look like he is about to sneeze.
Looking good regardless
