Hey, guys...Just got a new HDD and installed max, and its takin a shit right on my lap... :annoyed: I'm getting the following messages, and I cant figure out wtf its talkin about with "sampler.dlh"...
"J:\Graphic Programs\3D Studio\Max 4\Stdplugs\samplers.dlh is an obsolete version - not loading."
and
"Class from has duplicate class ID: Not loading. This may be due to a duplicate plug-in path."
AND THEN
"Samplers.dlh is Missing."
The, finally, once and for all...
"3ds Max Failed to start.":cry:
WTF is up with that crap?? Anyone ever heard of samplers.dlh? and mtlgen.dlt?? ARRG!! Basically what I'm thinking is when I copied over all my plugins from my old hdd, it feked up max somehow...anyone have any ideas or suggestions??? I had an itching to model tonight and that is slowly dwindling away.... :curious:
