View Full Version : How to paint with the transparent color
AlbertHallX 06-14-2005, 06:57 AM I know this is probly an easy question but
I can't find it in the menus [probably not looking in the right spot]
I need to paint or draw using the transparent color,
in order to remove parts of the image completely
I cannot figure out how to select that color

Transparent colour?? You mean the eraser? you have to erase or delete what you don't want in the image. Unless there is something new in CS or CS2 that I have never heard of...

This must be the Photoshop quote of the year. :D
And I join the people who have guessed that it's the eraser tool that you're actually looking for. Otherwise, if you want to draw with a transparent color without erasing anything, the only solution I see is doing it in your mind.
or you could use a layer mask which does exactly that
