Hmmm...I don't understand what action your robot is doing...

The design of the robot looks cute! As for animation wise, here're my crits:

1. When the robot is getting up, where both feet slides in, the movement doesn't look convincing. To correct that, I'd suggest you should break that movement into different stages instead. Make the robot lift up one of its feet, while using the other to support his weight. Then move that feet inwards and keep the other still. You can just do that, or you can do it again for the other leg. The point is, the robot can only move one leg at a time for this action, because it'll always need the other leg to support his weight; so both feet can't just slide in like how you did it.

2. When the robot is lifting his leg one at a time, the other foot, that is not lifted, should be planted firmly to the ground. Right now it is sliding from its initial position as the robot moves the other leg; It doesn't look logical like this. Also when the other leg is lifted up, you should tilt the robot's body more towards the other leg that is staying still. Make it look such that the leg that is staying still is supporting the weight of the robot. Because right now, if you do it the way you did, the robot should logically lose its balance and falls down.

3. The lower arms are dangling as the robot moves his legs. I suggest you keep those arms still, because right now it looks like the robot has lost control of these arms.

You really have a cute design there for the robot, just sharpen up the animation more and it'll look really good. Hope these crits help! :)
