Is there a format, similar to Discreet's RPF or their take on RLA, that Maya can generate and can be used with Shake? I am looking for an image format that contains UV data that Shake (...or another compositor) can utilize.
Thanks!

UV data is really easy to generate and work with....

Personally, I'd suggest doing a second render with a UV texture on (U = red, V = green) - make sure that there are no 'shadows' at all....

Then, to use this in Shake, you can use a DisplaceX node. Check out the comments on this post (http://www.brokenpipefilms.com/unframedvfx/2005/06/shot-breakdown-enter-the-zombie-matrix/) on my blog (http://www.brokenpipefilms.com/unframedvfx) for details of how to do this....
