Looking good. You seem to have a good grasp on getting the final work well under way to finish.
What programs are you using to produce your works?

The lighting looks much cleaner in the newer shot. About how long is the final piece expected to be?
About how long is the final piece expected to be?
Just under 2 minutes.
Here is another animation preview. Not so interesting because you can't see the reflections.
and the first and last frame of that sequence.
First sequence redone. 10 seconds longer.
Working on the water scene.
Sorry I haven't posted an update in a while. I have been busy though. The film is done except for scoring! I am letting it marinate a bit so you all will have to wait until we get closer to the deadline :-)
If anyone is interested in doing a bit of rushed film scoring for a small fee and a lot of gratitude please pm me.
Ok, here it is - http://www.samhalperin.com/theChase/6_20.mov (right click to save, its large, 90+MB)
Thanks to everyone that commented and everyone that is participating in this competition. Also thanks to Roberto for creating the competition in the first place. It has been a lot of fun and I learned a ton.
comments and critiques are always welcome.

Well the voting thread goes up next Monday. If you wish, you can tweak your piece a bit more.
Just posted an update with better sound. I didn't have the levels mixed properly on the first go-round. The completed movie is at http://www.samhalperin.com/theChase/6_20.mov

I just downloaded your film. Cool stuff. I just noticed some blocking mistakes and some shots are a tad too long, but good entry anyways.
Best of luck

Good work Sam. although I agree with Igor but these are minor problems that with a little tweak in editing you can get rid of.
I wish you luck!
