Hi,

Sometimes when a new program is installed, the screen colors get reset to a lower number than Painter requires.

Reset your screen colors to 24 bit or higher and that should fix the blue problem.

Good luck,

I got the same problem too. I've just recently updated my Radeon ATI9800 driver, and this happens. Used the Radeon controls to set the screen to 32 bits also but nothing happens. All the screen, the palette, the document space look blank, and there aren't any responses from the brushes. Can you help me rectify this, please?

Hi kilpatrick,

I don't know if this will help, but did you change your screen colors while Painter was running?

Can't think of any other suggestions at the moment, except to reboot before launching Painter again.

Good luck!
