hey i am trying to split a joint using mell and have the new joint end up perfeclty inbetween the two old joints.
i am using this

joint -e -co -p -3.61937 8.51594 -0.185281 joint1;
to place a joint without changing the world coords of the rest of the joints in the hierachy (basically like hitting insert)


but i don't know what those numbers mean really i guess they are world coords
i know i want my joint to end up at

0 $RTwistYPosv 0
where $RTwistYPosv is half the distance between the original joints

but i don't know how to make those crazy world space numbers or whtaever they are match
so i guess i need to like convert my coords that i want to world space or something ???
