I got the free Jenna 2.2 CD with 3D World, and failed to promptly install it.
CA's site has been dysfunctional for a couple of months, atleast.
And I read through 250+ posts on this forum about the issue.
Well, the good news is I just got my codes.
Yesterday, I installed, registered and got no code. Emailed CA and got a reply from darf (master programer David Farmer) within 2 hours. That would have been after hours by normal business standards. I wrote him what happened and he said he would check into it, and said that they wanted to support the CD I got from 3D World.
No codes arrived by late this afternoon, so I registered again, and got the codes within minutes.
So if any of you didn't get your codes in Feb/March/April, maybe now is the time.
